I wrote this book in 2010 after 12 years of a succesful and trouble-free low carbohydrate lifestyle. I updated it in November 2019 with the experience gained after 9 more years of eating, living, and listening to hundreds of hours of podcasts in low carbohydrate and ketogenic diets.
In 2019 my small pot belly came back and I had to make further adjustments to eliminate it again. I decided to eat only the food that is essential for health and longevity. I am currently writing this experience in "An Essential Nutrition Diet and Cookbook" which will be published on December 25th, 2019 and is available to pre-order at a dicounted price. I hope to summarize everything I have learned in this future book.
I have lived for 21 years in a low carbohydrate lifestyle, enjoying a stable weight, great meals, great overall health, diet violations when it was worth it, going more ketogenic, having no regrets, and benefiting from an unexpected but welcomed mental sharpness. God willing, this way of eating will also maximize my longevity.
