    I was attracted to this book because the cover is not some cheesy picture of people with fake smiles. The cover and the title gave me enough curiosity to purchase it and I am sooo glad I did it. The book presents some interesting ideas and techniques how to slowly transform the way you look upon yourself. How to develop self-esteem, let go of negative self-talk and in the end, unconditionally fall in love with yourself. It is ideal to read a chapter in the mornings upon waking, for 5-10 mins., and start your day with some positive thoughts.
