The Holiday Cookbook, features 220 festive, traditional recipes for every holiday. It is one of the “Cooking Magic” series issued in the 1950’s by the Culinary Arts Institute of Chicago. (Look for future releases in this series, coming soon.)
Recipes range from succulent roast turkey, for Thanksgiving Day, to Green Goddess Salad, for St. Patrick's Day. And leave room for dessert, such as Cherry Chocolate Cake, or Lincoln Log Roll.
And all the recipes have been updated to include Metric equivalents, for international readers.
